Level 1-3 Systems Support Engineer

 

 

About You

We are on the lookout for a motivated, customer-focused IT professional with a genuine enthusiasm for technology and prior experience in the IT sector. You should be hardworking, possess excellent communication skills, and bring a proactive attitude to the team. Any additional technical product knowledge is a bonus.

The ideal candidate will thrive under pressure, resolving issues with clarity and efficiency while consistently providing exceptional customer service. You must be comfortable working both independently and as part of a close-knit team.

While the role may occasionally involve after-hours work, we strive to minimize these commitments whenever possible.

Key Skills and Experience

The following skills are highly desirable for this role:

  • Expertise in Firewall, Routing, VPN, and Wireless Technologies (Cisco, Meraki and FortiGate)

  • Experience with Azure and Microsoft 365 Administration

  • Virtualization technologies such as VMware

  • Proficiency in Computer and Network Troubleshooting (Windows and MAC)

  • Familiarity with Windows Server Roles

  • Knowledge of Ticketing Systems and ITIL Concepts

  • Previous experience working in Managed Services

  • Microsoft and Cisco certifications

 

A car with a current driving license is mandatory for the role as you will be visiting client sites
